πŸ‘‹ Hey hey! We're back.

Welcome to your bi-weekly dose of Supersonic RevOps, Revenue & GTM goodness.

As always, let's kick off with some good news & a selection of the hottest jobs in RevOps right now

RevOps Jobs πŸ”₯

In the News πŸ“°

What's made the news in the world of RevOps, Go-To-Market & AI recently?! πŸ‘‡πŸΌ

Did you miss the RevOps Co-op webinar on using machine learning in RevOps featuring the formidable trio of Jeff Ignacio, Freddie Hammond and Infer's own Ryan Garland? You fools!

But fear not, no need to look back in anger, it was recorded and is now available to relive. Go check it out. And you can read the write-up here

Liam Wilson's poll closed on where RevOps should report into. The answer was pretty unanimous ....

who should revops report to

We had a great post from Alex Forward on how to hit the ground running when starting a new RevOps role. Go check that out and we'd definitely recommend following Alex!

And another cracker from Pat Hopkins which hit home for us being an AI company in the RevOps space. It's basically a more eloquent way of asking the classic question "so what?". So you've surfaced some insight or data using your AI - so what? What does the RevOps or Go-to-Market team do with this information? Sorry if we've butchered that Pat, but loved the post!

Infer-nal goings on πŸš€

A big couple of weeks here at Infer. A couple of huge client wins (more on that soon), new integrations. Oh and the small matter of Richard Heritage getting married.

All things being SQL:

Due to the wedding, podcast recordings have been paused (something about not wanting to record on his honeymoon?!). Even with Rich being half the world away, we have released two brilliant episodes for your listening pleasure.

The first with the formidable Guy Longton, Head of RevOps at Prolific and chapter head for RevOps Co-Op in London. We covered everything from his love of plants; the difference between SalesOps & RevOps and his most controversial RevOps opinion, which was a good'un! Check it out here

And just yesterday, we posted our episode with Haris Odobasic, Co-Founder of Revenue Wizards, a RevOps Consultancy in Europe doing some incredible things in the space. Their RevOps Essentials course is about to kick off (September 9th), so if you're early in your journey or simply want to level up, go check it out.

Product:

The platform now integrates with even more data sources, including Looker, Databricks and AWS Redshift πŸ”₯πŸ”₯πŸ”₯

As a reminder, the Infer platform can read & write from anywhere. No need for expensive reverse ETL tools over here.

After some customer feedback, we've also made all of our awesome visualisations easy to download. Say goodbye to screenshots! We love working closely with our customers to find out how they actually use the tool and the small & big features they wish we had. Little by little we will get there together!

We're also very close to releasing a highly anticipated feature, making it easier than ever to run our machine learning models directly in your CRM. Our AI assistant co-worker currently suggests what you could do with your CRM data and within our scheduler we can push these suggestions to your CRM on whatever cadence suits you (hourly, daily, weekly etc).

However, to really make the most of, for example, Forecasting, we always suggest running several machine learning models. We now suggest these as a bundle and it's as easy as hitting 'schedule all'. A small UX update on the face of it, but a huge step in the right direction of the overall masterplan.

UX update: Recipe

That'll do for this instalment, I hope you've had fun.

Bonus point if you made it this far, the first person to send me all the Oasis references gets a special prize. We couldn't not mention the biggest news of the week? I'm sure Liam & Noel are tracking ticket sales and forecasting their new business in their own CRM.

Remember to subscribe to the newsletter & follow Infer on LinkedIn to keep up to date with everything that's going on! Keep your eyes peeled for some big announcements.
